The Healing Center and Su Casa

Both of these were interesting visits. The Healing Center was huge with lots of services for Hispanic people and was very organized. They have good funding and lots of donations which helps serve the community. Su Casa was also very interesting though they do not have the funding that the Healing Center has.  It also serves the Hispanic community with tutoring and child care during the summer. I had an interesting talk with the woman who runs the educational area. Several of us will be working with her on their GED program.
