Sherry Neal - Immigration

Ms. Neal was very interesting to listen to and seemed very knowledgable of immigration law. I had not thought that 40% of unlawful immigrants would be here because their visa expired. I also didn't know about the bar of 3 and 10 years for illegals to come back. It seems that there are few options for these people. The new legislation may make things easier but it will also create more issues with immigration and how people are dealt with that are already here. The allocated money will not be enough for the border security. it will need more than 3 billion to close the border.
